As user requirements, I will invite users to come our factory for FTA;

Installation & Commissioning

Responsible for guiding installation and commissioning to assist the user training,assessment of the operator;

Warranty Period

Guarantees the quality of production, warranty period is one year. It will be paid for maintenance services and technical support out of the warranty period;

Maintenance & Repair

Lifelong patrol service, guide maintenance;
Regular contact with the user, regular return visit to ensure equipment to run properly.

Equipment Upgrades & Improvements

To provide users the free improvement program, to provide cost-effective improved products and parts;

After-sales Service

• Any problems during the warranty period, the supplier received the user's notice, reply during 2 hours and on-site service during 24 hours;
• Perennial free installation and commissioning for the user to provide technical guidance, from time to time to the scene to assist in maintenance, such as finding problems, timely processing;
• In the warranty period,equipment caused by the quality problems, replacement, maintenance free charge for maintenance and replacement parts by our company. If the user due to the wrong operation or improper use caused,we will give free maintenance and user only need to pay the cost of parts and components. After the warranty period, our company can supply spare parts long-term.
