It has exceptional resistance to wear, corrosion, high temperatures, and acids. With its wide variety of applications, this pump excels at handling corrosive media that are marked by high solids, strong acidity, and high temperatures.
Product Advantages
1. Our company manufactures fluorine-lined axial flow pumps with a splint graphite construction, adhering to the GB/T13008 standards and non-metallic pump process requirements. These pumps are designed to offer exceptional resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and wear, while also delivering strong strength, high efficiency, and energy-saving capabilities. As a result, they provide reliable operation over extended periods, functioning within a temperature range of -30℃ to 150℃.
2. The flow passage components, such as the pump body and impeller, are crafted from materials like PTFE, ETFE, and PFA. The selection of the specific material is based on the varying operational conditions.
3. The pump is equipped with a cartridge-type double-face mechanical seal, offering outstanding resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and wear. This feature allows the pump to handle media containing particles or crystals. Additionally, the sealing arrangement and flushing system can be tailored according to the API682 standard.
4. The moving and static rings of the mechanical seal are made from crystalline silicon carbide or HC276 alloy, both of which are known for their high strength, wear resistance, toughness, and corrosion resistance. These materials significantly enhance the pump's service life.
Product Application
Among other processes, it can be used in the production of diaphragm caustic soda, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt, calcium lactate, aluminum oxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride synthesis, sodium chlorate, sugar refinement, molten salt applications, papermaking, and wastewater treatment. It works particularly effectively with strong acid high-temperature media, high-temperature hydrochloric acid, high-temperature sulfuric acid, and high-temperature mixed acids.
