ISG single suction vertical inline centrifugal pumps was developed by Shengshi Datang’s technical team in collaboration with domestic pump experts, adopting advanced hydraulic models. Based on the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pumps, the ISG series has been scientifically optimized from conventional vertical pumps. To meet the requirements of different temperatures and media, the series has been further extended into multiple specialized models, including hot water pumps, high-temperature pumps, corrosion-resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps. This product line offers high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, and reliable performance.
Operating Conditions
The ISG single suction vertical inline centrifugal pumps are designed to operate under the following conditions: The suction pressure must be less than 1.0 MPa, and the maximum system working pressure should not exceed 1.6 MPa (calculated as pump inlet pressure plus pump head). The hydrostatic test pressure for the pump is 2.5 MPa. Customers must specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the system pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, this must be clearly indicated so that the manufacturer can use cast steel materials for the pump's flow-passing components and connection parts to ensure durability under higher pressures.The pumps are suitable for environments where the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C and the relative humidity remains below 95%.Regarding the conveyed medium, the solid particle content should not exceed 0.1% by volume, with particle sizes larger than 0.2 mm. If the medium contains fine particles, customers must inform the manufacturer at the time of ordering so that wear-resistant mechanical seals can be provided to enhance the pump's service life under such conditions.

The ISG single suction vertical inline centrifugal pump is used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization as well as equipment matching, etc. The operating temperature T is less than 80°C.
