TZC horizontal chemical process pump is modified and designed by our company based on CZ pump according to the 8th edition of API610 standard of American Petroleum Industry Institute, so as to facilitate the renewal and transformation of the device. Its structural form is a single suction single-stage structure with horizontal suspension, radial part and rear door opening. It adopts extended coupling, which can disassemble and repair the pump without moving the motor and dismantling the pipeline.

1.The pump cover is equipped with a water-cooled cavity design to eliminate the adverse effects on the mechanical seal and bearing when the temperature of the conveying medium is high. (according to API610 flushing scheme);
2.The mechanical seal can adopt single end face, double end face or metal bellows structure according to different working conditions, with reliable sealing performance. (according tAPI61mechanical seal layout);
