THNS graphite chemical process centrifugal pump is a new type of acid resistant, high temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and wear-resistant chemical process centrifugal pump independently developed and designed by our company. It is made of graphite material. It has excellent temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and excellent impact resistance, and can adapt to various working conditions.
Product Advantages
1.The pump is a splint type chemical process centrifugal pump designed and manufactured by our company with reference to JB/T8688-2013 standard and the process of non-metallic pump. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high mechanical strength, high efficiency and energy saving;
2.Overflow parts such as pump body, impeller, rear cover, shaft seal box, shaft sleeve, shaft protective sleeve, throttle ring and impeller cover are mainly made of impregnated graphite for selection under different working conditions.
3.The pump body is made of graphite material as a whole, with clip on design and metal support, which overcomes the shortcomings of unstable mechanical properties caused by compression deformation and cold shrinkage deformation of the pump body,
4.Cartridge type double end face high temperature, corrosion and wear resistant mechanical seal, equipped with Api682 standard sealing arrangement and flushing scheme;
