One new kind of pump is the electric diaphragm pump. A growing number of developed nations have used this kind of pump in place of some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in sectors including petrochemicals, ceramics, and metallurgy in recent years as a result of revolutionary developments in diaphragm materials.
Product Advantages
There are now two versions of diaphragm pumps produced by our factory: the DBY electric-driven type and the YGB hydraulic-driven type. The Ministry of Coal Industry has certified the product designs, which are based on reference samples from the American company ABEL. When the outlet pressure is less than 3 kgf/cm², the DBY-type diaphragm pump is appropriate for low-pressure applications. Applications with an outlet pressure of at least 4 kgf/cm² are appropriate for the YGB-type. The DBY-type diaphragm pump is the subject of this handbook.
