THJ chemical process centrifugal (alkali) pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is upgraded and innovated on the basis of the pump. It is a new standard chemical process pump instead of IH and TI. The pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever structure. In its design, it adopts advanced hydraulic model, has high efficiency, and is an energy-saving product, which is 5% higher than IH pump.
Product Advantages
1.The flow passage parts such as pump body, pump cover and impeller are made of high-quality stainless steel, which is precision cast by a new process, without impurities, pores and trachoma. High quality alloy wear-resistant materials such as 2205 duplex stainless steel can be selected;
2.The shaft seal is a self-developed 179 series static corrosion- resistant and wear-resistant mechanical seal, which can select single end face and double end face machinery, container type, packing dynamic seal, and the sealing surface materials for grinding can be cemented carbide, silicon carbide and other materials;
3.Corrosion resistant and wear-resistant design, which can transport liquid with slurry, crystal, suspended solids particles less than 3mm and solid content less than 10%.
