Magnetic coupling is used by the magnetic vacuum pump to transfer torque. This lowers the possibility of leaks by doing away with the need for sealing. It works well for many different types of vacuum applications.

Max 0.26 MPaNew Magnetic Drive Vacuum Pump
Our company has created a new kind of industrial pump called the TCBV series magnetic vacuum pump. It combines the advantages of magnetic and vacuum pumps. With a suction pressure that can reach 33 mar absolute pressure, or 98% vacuum, this pump is appropriate for extracting gas and water vapor. To protect the vacuum pump, it must be connected to a gas erosion protection tube while it runs constantly with a suction pressure lower than 80 mar. The suction pressure can be raised to 10 mar by attaching an atmospheric injector. Additionally, the vacuum pump can have the injector mounted directly on it.The pressure it may reach when operating as a compressor can increase.
Product Advantages
1. Its coaxial direct-coupling design makes setup easy and saves room.
2. The magnets inside and out are made of neodymium iron boron and samarium-cobalt. It uses self-lubricating ceramic ball bearings, and the isolation sleeve is made of a non-metal.
3. It's rated IP54 for protection and runs on Y2 series motors.
4. It runs quietly, making only 60 dB of noise, and works smoothly.
5. The exhaust port's special design avoids over-compression and keeps the TCBV series vacuum pump working its best.
Product Application
It is extensively applied for conveying hazardous media such as volatile, flammable, explosive, toxic, and corrosive substances. Typical applications include petroleum refining, chemical production, coal processing, alkali manufacturing, metallurgy, rare earth extraction, pesticide and dye industries, pharmaceuticals, research facilities, and the defense sector.
