TCF no leakage fluorine lined magnetic drive pump is a new type of pump that applies the principle of modern magneto mechanics and uses the magnetic transmission of permanent magnet to realize the non-contact transmission of torque. All the over flow parts are made of fluoroplastic, which can transport corrosive media such as acid, alkali and oxidant with any concentration(strength).
Product Advantages
1.The pump body is made of cast iron, carbon steel, 304 and 316L lined with fluoroplastics, and the inner rotor, pump cover, impeller,isolation sleeve and other overflow parts are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics;
2.The magnet is a new type of permanent magnet with good magnetism, high temperature resistance and no demagnetization;
3.The shaft sleeve and sliding bearing are made of high wear- resistant silicon carbide, graphite, tetrafluoro and other materials, and equipped with lubrication grooves to effectively ensure the service life of the pump. The seal adopts closed static seal, which completely solves the medium leakage, eliminates the need for independent lubrication and cooling water, and reduces the energy consumption.
