Product Advantages
The FPZ corrosion-resistant self-priming pump is manufactured through one-time plastic molding using reinforced polypropylene (RPP). It offers high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and a uniquely engineered structural design. Inside the pump chamber are a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a liquid-return check valve chamber, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and a return port. Before the first startup, the pump only needs to be filled with liquid once, and no repeated priming is required for subsequent operation. A submergible valve is installed on the suction pipeline. During operation, the mechanical seal does not require additional cooling water. The pump is easy and safe to operate with zero leakage. It is an ideal replacement for submersible pumps and is suitable for conveying various corrosive media at temperatures ranging from 14°C to 80°C (RPP).
